At some point that Fall of 1994, Bob Grant asked if I would be interested in playing Jacob Marley's Ghost in Ebenezer Scrooge at Harrah's in South Lake Tahoe. Brian Farnon, the music director there for years and his wife, Dorothy, had written a musical version of Dickens' story and had been performing it annually since 1982. It had become a Tahoe tradition. I said sure since it sounded like fun and who wouldn't want to perform on Harrah's stage.
I had kept a script probably hoping to get a chance to do it again. The page below has the lyrics for Marley's song. Denise Sloan also gave me a nice mention in the Tahoe Action.
